THE TRUTH MUST BE TOLD TO ALL, SHARED BY ALL, THAT’S WHY WE UTTER THE PHRASE “SO HELP ME GOD” IN EVERY COURT IN THE WORLD.

MINORITIES OF GOD’S WORLDS ARE OFTEN LEFT OUT OF THE MAINSTREAM OF KNOWLEDGE AND INFORMATION, THAT IS USUALLY LEFT TO THE ONES THAT CONTROL WITH THE WEALTH AND POWER, NOW WE HAVE THE MISSION OF MERCY.

Consumers who utilize our services are not temporarily in need and are on some form of public assistance. They are also the working poor, the elderly, and the severely sick. They are widows, orphans and sometimes simply the unlucky who are in crisis. At times like these, it is a relief to know there is help at the Mission of Mercy.

PEOPLES HOMEOWNERSHIP DEVELOPMENT (PHD)
Mercy Builders will work with HUD and USDA to identify Housing Choice Voucher (HCV) recipients for the Homeownership Program with a direct marketing campaign of the PHD Program.

AFFORDABLE CONNECTIVITY PROGRAM
The Affordable Connectivity Or ACP program provides discounted broadband service to eligible consumers in the US. we are proud to serve all qualifying households that participate in government programs such as SNAP, Medicaid, SSI, and More. You may also qualify by income. You will receive FREE Talk, Text & Data service. Qualifying individuals will also receive a smart branded tablet
Who Is Eligible
You Can Qualify ACP Through Participation In Government Benefits Programs Such As:

✔ Federal Public Housing Assistance
✔ Veterans and Survivor Pension
Benefits and more
Expenses that may be assisted by your voucher include:
> Mortgage principal and interest.
> Mortgage insurance premium.
> Real estate taxes and homeowner insurance.
> Housing authority allowance for utilities.
> Housing authority allowance for routine maintenance costs.
> Housing authority allowance for major repairs and replacements.
> Principal and interest on debt to finance major repairs and replacements.
> And principal and interest on debt to finance costs to make the home accessible for a family member with disabilities if the housing authority determines it is needed as a reasonable accommodation.
HCV HOMEOWNERSHIP PROGRAM (Section 8)
The Housing Choice Voucher (HCV) homeownership program allows families that are assisted under the HCV program to use their voucher to buy a home and receive monthly assistance in meeting homeownership expenses. .
To participate in the HCV homeownership program, the HCV family must meet specific income and employment requirements (the employment requirement does not apply to elderly and disabled families), be a first-time homeowner as defined in the regulation, attend and satisfactorily complete the pre-assistance homeownership, and housing counseling program required by the PHA, and meet any additional eligibility requirements set by the PHA.
